The largest company in the Dayton region has acquired a former bank property.
Speedway LLC recently purchased the former Community National Bank building at 50 Spring Valley Pike in Centerville for $700,000, according to Montgomery County property records.
Steve Ireland of Miller-Valentine Group was one of the brokers in the transaction and said the 3,900-square-foot building neighbors an existing Speedway gas station and convenience store at 901 S. Main St.
