Rogue Fitness wants to build a 3,500-4,000-seat arena in the Milo-Grogan neighborhood.
While designs are being finalized, the company says it hopes to build the multi-purpose arena immediately north of the fitness company’s headquarters at 1101 Cleveland Ave., near the intersection with East 5th Avenue.
