Phoenix Investors of Milwaukee added buildings in Missouri and Illinois to its growing portfolio of industrial properties that now spans 24 states.
The two recently completed sales add 754,580 square feet to the company’s holdings, which now total about 24 million square feet, according to a Monday press release that did not disclose purchase prices.
