The Overland Park Planning Commission on Monday will weigh plans for the first construction on the proposed $1.8 billion redevelopment of the former Brookridge Country Club.
The six-story building would have 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail topped by 317 apartments, the Shawnee Mission Post reports. It also would include a multilevel “residential clubhouse” and a two-level parking garage.
