In an effort to serve the needs of a burgeoning subsector of the tech industry, the New York City Economic Development Corp. plans to launch a blockchain resource center.
And it’s set to launch this week.
Blockchain Center in Manhattan debuted on Thursday as part of a partnership with affiliates of venture-capital fund FuturePerfect Ventures and the Global Blockchain Business Council.
The city will also test the use of blockchain technology in the fall, according to Bloomberg.
