NuWay, recovery treatment provider, buys St. Paul building for $4 million

NuWay House Inc., a Minneapolis-based provider of treatment for people in recovery from addiction, has purchased a 77,517-square-foot building in St. Paul to expand on the number of people it can serve.

NuWay paid $3.85 million for the building, according to a certificate of real estate value made public Tuesday.

At 1246 University Ave. W., the building will serve about 250 to 300 people, said Monique Bourgeois, a spokeswoman for NuWay.
