Newmark Grubb Zimmer has named longtime broker Mark Long as its new president and CEO.
Long succeeds Ellen Darling as CEO and David Zimmer as president.
The move, effective Jan. 1, represents the first time the commercial real estate company will be led by someone outside the Zimmer family. The company’s board unanimously approved Long’s selection.
