One of St. Louis’ favorite barbecue spots will add its third location in St. Charles this spring. Build-out on the new restaurant is underway.
Salt + Smoke, which already has locations in the Delmar Loop and the St. Louis Hills neighborhoods, will open at 501 S. Main Street in historic downtown St. Charles in the spring, according to Maryland Heights-based Spiegelglass Construction Co.
