The largest development in Silverton’s history has opened its onsite leasing office for apartments at the property.
The Residences at Ag47 is a 204-unit luxury apartment development. It is the first phase of a planned $50 million mixed-use project at the corner of Montgomery and Steward roads.
J.R. Anderson, vice president of development for Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate Inc., said Ag47 is the “perfect combination of location, amenities and services that today’s residents desire.”
