Klein Enterprises has sold Patapsco Village in Halethorpe for an undisclosed sum as part of its strategy to sell some of its longtime assets to raise capital for new projects and acquisitions.
“We’re never selling to get our of real estate,” President Daniel Klein said in an interview on Wednesday. “We’re selling to shift our capital allocations to other properties we’re working on.”
