Integra Investments has completed the ArtSquare at Hallandale apartments, which feature many sculptures and other works of art.
The project has 358 apartments and 12,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on eight acres at 401 N. Federal Highway. It’s part of the development wave hitting Hallandale Beach as people move closer to the shopping and dining options at Gulfstream Park and the Aventura Mall.
