The Howard Hughes Corp. plans to open the sales office for Koula, the developer’s sixth mixed-use tower in its Ward Village master-planned development in Honolulu, to the public on Saturday.
The 41-story tower designed by Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang will be the first building for The Howard Hughes Corp. (NYSE: HHC) to face Victoria Ward Park, which opened last month. The building’s interior was designed by design firm Yabu Pushelberg.
