Lanfranco Pescante wants to be clear: Mole Y Abuela is not a Mexican restaurant.
It is, he says, a Spanish, Mediterranean and Mexican fusion restaurant, with an emphasis on tapas. It will open in early February in a space that was previously home to Fly Bar in downtown Tampa.
