The Arizona Republic building and parking garage on Second and Van Buren Streets has been sold to ViaWest Group for $37.65 million.
Gannett Co., the parent company of the Arizona Republic and azcentral.com, announced it would sell the 10-story office building and parking garage last June.
The Republic, KPNX-TV Channel 12 and G/O Digital share the 250,000-square-foot building. The companies will remain in the offices as tenants.
