CityCentral, a Dallas-based coworking concept, is opening a location in Plano.
The company has leased 30,616 square feet for an office in the Atrium at Collin Ridge building, as reported by the Dallas Morning News. The property is located at 500 N. Central Expressway, just north of the George W. Bush Turnpike.
Per the DMN, CityCentral’s new Plano outpost will have more than 100 private offices, coworking space, meeting rooms and event space.
