Broker on downtown St. Pete apartments that sold for more than $309K per door: 'We expect to see more of this'

The Hermitage, an eight-story apartment tower that wrapped up construction just two years ago, has been sold for more than $107 million in a transaction that one broker says is a “great credibility statement” for the Tampa Bay region.
