Brazilian billionaire Jose Isaac Peres, who is already building the 57 Ocean condominium in Miami Beach, has obtained another development site in the city – this one on the famed Ocean Drive.
Sea Spray Development, managed by Yair Wolf in Fort Lauderdale, sold the vacant 11,650-square-foot property at 304 Ocean Drive to 312 Ocean Park LLC, an affiliate of Peres’ Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management in Miami. The price for the land equated to $858 a square foot.
