A 204-unit apartment community near Atlantic Beach has sold for $24.569 million.
The Cove at Atlantic Beach, located at 2160 Mayport Road, was sold by the Atlanta-based Carroll Organization, which bought the property in 2014 for $13.025 million, to a partnership led by California-based Laguna Point Properties. The sale closed on Dec. 14.
CBRE’s Joe Ayers, Cliff Taylor, Kevin Geiger and Ashish Cholia represented the seller.
