Westwood-based Onsite Builders & Development is proposing a 72-unit apartment complex at 11-26 Heron St. in West Roxbury, according to a Jan. 7 letter of intent filed to the Boston Planning and Development Agency.
The 1.1-acre site, located near Roxbury Latin School, would feature two apartment buildings built on both sides of Heron Street. The project would span a combined 78,576 square feet with 48 garage parking spaces and 36 surface parking spaces.
