Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman has named former County Councilman Jerry Walker to lead the Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corp.
Walker will replace outgoing CEO Julie Mussog, who served under former County Executive Steve Schuh, a Republican, for four years. Pittman, a Democrat, upset Schuh in the Nov. 6 General Election. Mussog is leaving her job to become senior vice president at Municap Inc., a public finance-consulting firm based in Columbia.
