Salem real estate developer Milan Patel has proposed a $9 million, 24-unit residential complex with 24 parking spaces at 11 Dana Ave. in Boston’s Hyde Park neighborhood, a stone’s throw from the MBTA Hyde Park Commuter Rail station.
Patel’s HHC One Grant LLC owns 11 Dana Ave., where a residential home now stands, according to the Boston assessor’s office.
