The Birmingham City Council this week considered resolutions relating to two big real estate developments.
A public hearing on Jan. 29 will include changing zoning for the site tapped to become a large student housing development near Bakers Row on the west side of Railroad Park. Birmingham’s Corporate Realty gained Design Review Committee approval for the project in November.
Another project, the DC BLOX data center on the former Trinity Steel site in North Titusville, will also be considered…
