A Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is under construction in Deerfield Beach after the developer obtained an $11.39 million construction loan.
Boca Raton-based Legacy Bank of Florida awarded the mortgage to Hotels of Deerfield LLC, an affiliate of Indianapolis-based MHG Hotels, led by President and CEO Sanjay Patel. It recently broke ground on the 101-room hotel on 2.8 acres within the Hillsboro Technology Center.
