Buffalo’s Benderson Development has increased its real estate holdings in the San Francisco Bay area by acquiring a closed Babies R Us location.
And the Buffalo company’s West Coast footprint is growing with a similar deal in Portland, Oregon.
Terms were not disclosed for the 50,000-square-foot store located off Interstate-580 in the Hacienda Crossings plaza just outside of Dublin, California.
“The Bay area is a focus for us,” said Randall Benderson, Benderson Development president and CEO.
