A Central Ohio construction operation has been acquired.
Adena Construction, based in Mansfield, has signed an agreement to acquire the Ohio operations of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based Quandel Construction, which is based in Westerville. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the local operation will be merged effective Tuesday.
