First Watch Inc., a fast-casual restaurant chain, plans to open one of its eateries in the Gateway Shopping Center in Devon.
The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and offers a menu based on fresh ingredients for such items as avocado toast and egg white burritos. It will fill 3,333 square feet of space formerly occupied by an Outback Steakhouse, according to Eric Davidson, a spokesman for Regency Centers, owner of Gateway.
