An Atlanta developer broke ground on a 101,000-square-foot distribution center in Anne Arundel County to meet growing demand for warehouse space in Greater Baltimore’s suburbs.
Work on the Hanover Business Center is underway at 1250 Stoney Run Road and expected to be completed this summer. No tenants have signed a lease for the space yet.
Atlanta-based Ridgeline Property Group and partner Cabot Properties Inc. purchased the property in mid-2015, but plans to build the site stalled shortly thereafter.…
