New tenants have signed leases at Canton’s Can Company in the wake of a gussy up at the development by its new owners.
The deals will bring the 205,865-square-foot retail and office complex at 2400 Boston St. to almost full capacity, a spokesman for property manager and part-owner MCB Real Estate said Thursday.
One of the new tenants is the Original Pancake House, which is expected to open in the coming months with 25 new jobs. The location will be the Portland, Oregon-based chain’s first in Baltimore.…
