A new brewery with a beer garden/patio is planned for a familiar spot in the Triad.
Eric and Seth Kevorkian of Greensboro will open SouthEnd Brewing Co. in the former Gibb’s Hundred Brewing Co. at 117 W. Lewis St. in downtown Greensboro. Gibb’s moved to 504 State St. last spring.
The property is owned by Andy Zimmerman, whose AZ Development announced that a lease had been signed. SouthEnd is planned to open either this spring or this summer.
