A Dayton-area development firm is planning to revitalize around 12 acres in eastern Beavercreek.
Beavercreek-based Synergy Building Systems & Mills Development acquired the acreage just north of Dayton-Xenia and North Fairfield Roads early last year as a speculative project. Synergy & Mills President and CEO Jerad Barnett previously told the Dayton Business Journal the company viewed the acreage as a potential site for mixed-use properties with a “downtown feel.”
