A smart security systems company is moving its headquarters and production from Hudson, Wis., to St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood.
Alula will move 120 employees into Midway Innovation Center I at 2340 Energy Park Drive. Alula will lease 68,000 square feet in the building, which is less than a mile from Surly Brewing, Urban Growler and some of the new multifamily development on the Prospect Park side of Highway 280. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
