Davis has taken inventory of what commercially zoned land within city limits isn’t developed, and it’s not much.
In a city of about 6,656 acres, 124.22 acres are available for commercial development, or less than 2 percent. The amount of available land will be reviewed by the Davis City Council Tuesday night.
