An Austin investor has purchased more than 230,000 square feet of office space in Plano, as reported by the Dallas Morning News.
Capital Commercial Investments scooped up a five-story office building in northwest Plano, roughly 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. The building was once home to Countywide Home Loans, and records show the property was purchased from Bank of America. The purchase price was undisclosed.
