One of the largest office buildings in downtown Dayton has been sold to a local investor.
The Talbott Tower, located at 131 N. Ludlow Street, sold on Jan. 3 for $1.8 million, according to Montgomery County property records. The buyer is listed as Talbott Tower Holding LLC, which lists a mailing address in Dayton.
