A group of area investors bought a Lee’s Summit shopping center.
An investment group headed by Block & Co. Inc. bought the Valle Vista Shopping Center for an undisclosed price. The 44,330-square-foot center, located southwest of the intersection of Chipman Road and Missouri Highway 291, is fully occupied, according to a release. Tenants include IHOP, Ted’s Cafe Escondido and Vintage Stock.
