One of Nashville’s largest office developers is under contract to buy a piece of a massive mixed-use development site in Antioch.
Nashville Post reports that Eakin Partners has a deal in place to buy 30 acres of the Century Farms development site. That’s equal to about 10 percent of the 310-acre property located at exit 60 of Interstate 24.
“We need a size user that is at least 50,000 square feet to begin thinking about starting,” Eakin Partners executive Tom Harwell told the Post.
