Co-working giant WeWork will open its first Phoenix location in the third quarter of 2019.
WeWork has leased four stories in the Esplanade, which will total about 54,000 square feet.
The lease will make it the largest tenant in Tower I of the complex, located at 2425 E. Camelback Road, according to LBA Realty, the owner of the Esplanade.
