A formal $45 million fundraising campaign for the fourth phase of Waterfront Park could launch as soon as this spring, with plans to start construction once money starts flowing in.
Waterfront Development Corp. has not set a timeline for the start or completion of the 22-acre expansion, but the agency’s vice president and deputy director, Deborah Bilitski, said Tuesday that she thinks the project will start “when we get the first funds in hand.”
