Zillow bought a house on my street, it’s been sitting off market for 4 months.

Asking here because I don’t know where else to. Zillow purchased a home on our street in Florida, very hot neighborhood, average time on the market is like 2-3 days.

Is it possible Zillow is willing to get rid of this home for a deal? Where would you even start to try and submit the offer?

I have family and friends that would love to live in this neighborhood, and feel like this could be a good shot, typical sales are always multiple offers and competitive.

Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
