Planning to put an offer between 1.25M to 1.3M for this SFH in Union city. We like the house and are only worried about K-5 school for now. Our son just turned 1 this august so we are looking to stay here for 10 years and beyond as long as middle school rating improves.
Am i overpaying ? Is it worth to pay this much in Union city or is Fremont better option for this budget?
