Would finishing a bathroom in a finished basement be worth the cost for resale value?

I have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. I finished the basement a few years ago and have the bathroom framed and pre drilled plumbing with initial plans to finish it eventually. The main level’s bathroom is immediately across the hall from the stairs, so we personally feel like we don’t need the extra bathroom for how much we use the basement. However, we plan to sell within 1.5-2 years and I’m wondering if it would be worth it to finish the basement bathroom or just leave it unfinished and let the future owner decide?

Would love to hear Reddit’s opinion.
