Is it worth it to look at a house 10-15k above your budget in a market like this? Any sign of sellers willing to go a little lower? Should you wait until it’s been up x amount of days? Will it just lead to heartbreak? Example: house was bought in 2020 for 100k, put up September 2021 for 260, decreased to 249,900 in October which is just above our budget. House has everything we want & is gorgeous.
