My partner and I have been trying to buy a home in a very competitive market NJ- we’ve seen it starting to cool and realtors have been telling us to wait until fall-winter
But now we have other realtors saying prices are going to drop even further and to wait until 2023 (I’ve been ready and I know you can’t time the market) but it seems like that’s exactly what realtors are telling us to do
