I have a picture window that is approximately 58″x58″ that is cracked and needs to be replaced. The house is currently under contract (I am the buyer). We are in the due diligence stage and I need to get a quote over to the seller before our due diligence deadline of Tuesday 5/17. I plan on asking the seller for commission to fix the window upon closing. My agent is being pushy about sending over a proposal by Sunday night, but glass repair shops are all closed until Monday. Anyways, it’s been difficult coordinating home visits with the seller so an in-house estimate is not likely.
Does anybody have a ballpark estimate of how much this would cost?
