Looking to try and start flipping houses. Except I’m on a fixed income, have bad credit and no savings. Can this be done? People say that it can be done but nobody seems to be able to tell me how to get one or even where to go for one. I want to try and help my community by giving them places to stay at a very fair price. Im not looking to get rich. A mediocre life of being able to afford simple things like food is all I really want out of it.
