Closing on our first house, scheduled for 4/20. Last week submitted everything for final (second) underwriting review, lender told us to expect final approval in 48hrs. Lender said we should definitely be able to close early. It has been over a week now and we have not heard anything back. Tried emailing at the 1 week mark and no response.
Considering 4/20 is Wednesday next week and this Friday is a holiday, with paperwork needing to be signed between clear to close and closing, when should I call the office / send another followup email?
