I came to the conclusion I won’t find my soulmate within the next few years so I would like to buy a house on my own. I’m tired of paying rent since it feels like a waste of money. I don’t have children or pets, and currently live by myself. The cost of my rent is a little under $1100. I feel like that can go towards mortgage.
