We are buying our home (in California) directly from our landlord without using a realtor. He sent us numerous required disclosures. I hired a lawyer to review our contract, but is it worth it to pay hundreds of dollars more to have our lawyer also review all the standard disclosures?
The disclosures all seem pretty straightforward. But is there anything you would recommend I especially look out for? Or anything that I should I make sure is not omitted from the disclosures?
