What’s a reasonable timeline to get HOA documentation from seller?

I’m currently in the process of buying a condo – have yet to receive HOA docs and wondering how long is reasonable for the seller to provide those? It’s been almost a month since my offer was accepted and the place had been on the market for 3 months before that, so I’m surprised they don’t have HOA docs secured yet. At this point, the only outstanding item aside from my mortgage loan full approval is these HOA docs. I’m due to close in a month, but concerned as I still haven’t seen any HOA information and am somewhat worried the HOA situation is very negative or there are big undisclosed assessments or delinquencies or something. At what point should I bring this up to my lawyer to get a timeline from the sellers? I’m just worried I may not receive these documents until a few days before closing and if they’re really negative then it puts me in a spot to either rush or not go through with the deal at the last minute.
