It’s stucco, currently white but I can’t keep the house paint looking clean as surrounded by about 6 oak trees and lots of rain so the first few feet are always dirty from the rain spraying the mud all over the base of the house all the way around. (no gutters on house)
So would prefer a darker color.
But not sure what to go with, black shutters on the house, just a small 1200 square foot house from the early 2000’s. Black shingle roof.
